Join us on for a last of the summer trip on ‘Ethel’ – the accessible canal boat!
Saturday 26th September 2026.
Trip departs from Victoria Quay, Sheffield at 11am. The trip lasts 4 hours and returns to Victoria Quay.
Due to very limited numbers (maximum number set by the canal boat), we can only accommodate one 2-to-1 on this trip (12 passengers in total, including staff). The 2-to-1 space will be allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis to be as fair as possible to everyone.
The wide beam barge is 57 feet long and is fully accessible. Lifts provide access to all areas of the boat. There is a fully accessible toilet, shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and large centrally heated lounge area with panoramic windows.
Manual & power chairs allowed on board.
Life jackets MUST BE WORN (provided).
Bring your own lunch – you’re welcome to make use of the onboard kitchen.
FREE – refundable deposit of £20 required to secure place. You will receive your £20 deposit back upon attending. No shows will not receive their deposit back.
THOSE UNDER-18 AND THOSE REQUIRING SUPPORT MUST ATTEND/BOARD WITH A PARENT/CARER/PA.
