About This Event
Join the Mencap Family Engagement Project for an informal coffee morning at Kirkgate Community Centre in Shipley.
This meetup provides a relaxed setting for parents and carers of children aged 0–10 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or emerging needs to share experiences, gain practical advice, and find local support.
What to expect:

A welcoming community of local SEND parents and carers

Signposting to relevant local services and resources

1-to-1 advice and support from Family Connectors with lived experience

Free refreshments and a supportive atmosphere
Please note: No diagnosis or formal pathway is required, and children are welcome to come along!
