About the Event: Doing It Solo is a Bringing Us Together project created specifically for solo parents caring for disabled children, young people, and adults.
Running every other month, the online Solo Carers’ Café offers a safe, welcoming virtual space to connect with other parents in similar situations. It is an open forum to talk through everyday struggles, celebrate successes, and receive mutual support from a group of people who truly understand.
