Join our workshop to help you learn how to use the accessibility features on your iPad to support your child’s needs.
In this workshop we’ll cover:
- Using the zoom feature to make text larger, so it’s easier to read
- Changing the text and screen colour for easier comprehension
- Setting up Siri so your iPad will talk directly to you
- Setting up other spoken content features, like dictation so your iPad will write for you

Sign up for the workshopThe workshop is held online via Zoom with an experienced trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team.
Please note:
- This is a friendly and informal workshop for parents and carers.
- You’ll need to have an iPad (or an iPhone) to take part in the workshop activities.
- To keep your iPad free to use during the workshop, you will need to join the Zoom call on another device, such as a smartphone or laptop.
- Once you have booked your place on Eventbrite we will email you a day or two before the workshop with a Zoom link to join the session. So keep an eye out for emails from digitalskills@familyfund.org.uk.
