Buddy Dogs Family Fun Day – Newcastle

Guide Dogs’ Buddy Dog Team are delighted to invite children with a vision impairment and their immediate family members to a special, fun-filled day at our Newcastle centre this April.

There will be two slots – morning arrival 10–11am or afternoon arrival 1–2pm 🕙

Come along to learn more about the Buddy Dog service, meet our friendly team and enjoy a range of hands-on activities in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

You can take part in:

– Dog treat making with our Habilitation Team 🦴
– Teaching a Guide Dog a trick with our trainers 🐕
– Chatting with our Buddy Dog Specialists 💬
– Paw print arts & crafts 🎨
– Dog health advice from our wellbeing team 🩺
– Time to socialise and meet other families ☕

If you already have a Buddy Dog, you’re very welcome to bring them along 🐾

This is an invite-only event for people with a genuine interest in the Guide Dogs Buddy Dog service and booking is required 🎟️
