Your voice can help shape the future of support for Parent Carers in Sandwell.

You may have had a Carer Wellbeing Check, applied for a Carer ID Card or Max Card, attended a Carer Drop-in or seen us at your local library or hospital.

We’re inviting Parent Carers from Sandwell to join us for a relaxed discussion over tea and coffee to share what’s worked well, what could be improved, and your ideas for future support.

Your feedback will directly influence how we develop the service for Parent Carers. We really do listen and make changes where we can.

Read about the changes we have made because of Carers feedback.

We’d love to hear about:

  • Your experience of accessing our service
  • The support you’ve received and the difference it’s made
  • What we could do better
  • Your thoughts on your child transitioning to adult services
