Join Candice for a series of gentle walks through the beautiful parks of Leeds. These sessions are designed to give parents and carers a chance to decompress, connect with nature, and meet others in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

Spending time in green spaces is a fantastic way to boost your mental well-being and take a much-needed breather from the daily routine.
