Brainbox

Brainbox supports children and young people with Acquired Brain Injuries and other Neurological Conditions, and their families, across the North East.

We offer a Family Support Service for practical assistance, a Community Listening Service for positive emotional support, a beneficiary Social Activity Programme for fun experiences. Our projects include Tots To Teens (0-12), Transition Kids (12-17), Open Arms (for marginalised groups) and Clearer Futures (in collaboration with Headway Northumberland) an intergenerational service supporting 17+ and adults through the adult pathway, both vocational and personal. We run a Community Neuro Drop In Hub in Berwick for anyone with an ABI or Neurological Condition, serving the north of the region.
