Teesside Deaf Children’s Group

Teesside Deaf Children’s Group is a local community group bringing together deaf children and their families across Teesside.

The aim is to help families feel less isolated and more connected, particularly because deaf children can sometimes be the only deaf child in their school or local community.

The group is about connection, belonging and having fun – while also creating opportunities to raise awareness of deafness and improve connections between families, professionals and local organisations.
