OPENING HOURS

We are a free cricket session held on a weekly basis. These sessions are delivered by the Yorkshire Cricket Board and funded by the Lord Taverners. We provide weekly opportunities for children aged 12-25 with any form of SEND the chance to participate in weekly physical activity (usually cricket) whilst offering workshop opportunities to build a better future.

Super1s gives young people aged 12-25 with disabilities the chance to regularly play cricket. By creating community cricket hubs for young people to receive coaching from the Yorkshire Cricket Board, we give participants the chance to compete against peers and enjoy the benefits of sport and an active lifestyle.

How does it help?
Super 1s provides young people with a chance to realise their potential, both on and off the pitch. It enables them to discover what they can do, not what they can’t, and become role models for their peers.
